‘The House of Bernarda Alba’ goes on Iran stage

New theater work ‘The House of Bernarda Alba’ has been staged in Iranian capital city of Tehran.

The presentation directed by Ali Rafeei premiered early December at Tehran Vahdat Hall.

‘The House of Bernarda Alba’ is an adaptation of a homonymous play by Federico García Lorca starring Roya Teymori who appeared in ifilm series ‘As Blue as the Sea’ and ‘Remembrance’.

Maryam Saadat and Maedeh Tahmasebi also co-star in the presentation.

ifilm series star Setareh Eskandari who performed in ‘Factor 8’ and ‘Bewilderment’ is the producer of the theater play.
